I love the combination of jam and peanut butter and it works so well with the melted df white chocolate! πŸ“ Why not experiment by using a dark chocolate coating or swapping the filling to a chocolate/biscoff style spread etc if there’s a different combination you’d prefer πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Those who can’t have peanut butter could sub this ingredient for another nut butter, tahini or seed butter of their choice πŸ™ŒπŸ»

This delicious no bake recipe is a great way to increase your protein intake if you’re tracking it πŸ™ŒπŸ» it’s quick and easy to make and needs just a handful of ingredients 😍

The fudgy base layer is so similar to the nougat in regular Snickers and the gooey caramel, peanuts and melted chocolate make this just melt in your mouth!

If you don’t really use protein powder you could still make this by simply omitting this ingredient and adding a little extra oat flour to compensate!

Raspberry Jam Drops πŸ«πŸ™ŒπŸ» I had some lefto Raspberry Jam Drops πŸ«πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I had some leftover raspberry chia jam that needed using up so made these easy chocolate jam drops for my desserts this week πŸ™ŒπŸ» 

This will make 6 drops and the recipe for the chia jam is up on my website ✨

Ingredients

✨6 tbsp raspberry chia jam
✨100g dark chocolate
✨1 tsp coconut oil 

Method

✨ Dollop out individual tablespoons of the chia jam onto parchment paper and place in the freezer to set for around one hour
✨ Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until a smooth glossy mixture forms
✨ Once the chocolate has cooled, add the jam drops to the bowl, (straight from the freezer), and spoon the chocolate mixture over them ensuring they are completely coated
✨ Transfer back onto the parchment paper and place back in the freezer to set for another thirty minutes
