A delicious breakfast idea perfect for those leisurely weekend mornings where you have a little bit more time on your hands 🙌🏻

These waffles are gluten free, vegan, made with nutrient dense ingredients and, the best thing? You don’t need a waffle maker to whip these up 🤩

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪 A tasty new g No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪 

A tasty new gluten free and vegan ‘cookie’ recipe that is super easy to make and requires just five ingredients (and two of them are optional!) 🍪

Those who can’t have peanut butter could sub this ingredient for another nut butter, tahini or seed butter of their choice 🙌🏻

I am currently in the process of writing this up but the full recipe will be on my website in an hour or so! I’ll share in my stories when it’s live 🤩
✨ Protein Snickers 🌱 gluten free & vegan ✨ ✨ Protein Snickers 🌱 gluten free & vegan ✨

This delicious no bake recipe is a great way to increase your protein intake if you’re tracking it 🙌🏻 it’s quick and easy to make and needs just a handful of ingredients 😍

The fudgy base layer is so similar to the nougat in regular Snickers and the gooey caramel, peanuts and melted chocolate make this just melt in your mouth!

If you don’t really use protein powder you could still make this by simply omitting this ingredient and adding a little extra oat flour to compensate!

Raspberry Jam Drops 🍫🙌🏻 I had some lefto Raspberry Jam Drops 🍫🙌🏻

I had some leftover raspberry chia jam that needed using up so made these easy chocolate jam drops for my desserts this week 🙌🏻 

This will make 6 drops and the recipe for the chia jam is up on my website ✨

Ingredients

✨6 tbsp raspberry chia jam
✨100g dark chocolate
✨1 tsp coconut oil 

Method

✨ Dollop out individual tablespoons of the chia jam onto parchment paper and place in the freezer to set for around one hour
✨ Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until a smooth glossy mixture forms
✨ Once the chocolate has cooled, add the jam drops to the bowl, (straight from the freezer), and spoon the chocolate mixture over them ensuring they are completely coated
✨ Transfer back onto the parchment paper and place back in the freezer to set for another thirty minutes

These bounty bar copies are gluten free, vegan, easy to make and a healthy alternative to the shop bought classic 🤩

A delicious new baked oats recipe perfect for those colder mornings! Inspired by one of my favourite desserts, this warming breakfast is packed full of flavour 🤩 

This is also great to make on an evening as a quicker/more nutrient dense alternative to the real thing when you’re craving a comforting dessert.

PB & J Chocolate Cups 🍫 One last dessert of th PB & J Chocolate Cups 🍫

One last dessert of the week for my wife’s birthday and she has gone for this easy homemade Reese’s copy with added jam 🤩

We have changed plans for the weekend and have swapped a celebratory meal for a last minute weekend away and these are the perfect no bake dessert to whip up quickly and take with us! ✨

Lemon Drizzle Cake 🍋🌱 It’s my better half Lemon Drizzle Cake 🍋🌱

It’s my better half’s birthday tomorrow and her cake of choice is this deliciously fluffy lemon drizzle 🙌🏻 although I will also be making some of Lizzy’s favourite brownies too because you can’t have too many baked goods on your birthday week can you!? 🥳
