The basis of these raspberry waffles is the same as my Baked Blueberry Waffles but I have jazzed it up a little with raspberries and chocolate chips. I have tried using dairy free milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate bars that I have chopped into chunks for this recipe and both work well. I think white chocolate would also work really well in this so don’t be afraid to experiment!
To make my raspberry waffles you won’t need a waffle maker and will instead just need an ovenproof mould. This means anyone can make and enjoy this recipe. I used a silicone waffle mould with five separate compartments for this recipe, it is the perfect portion for one hungry person or as part of a larger meal for two. I have noted the bake time to be 18 minutes but ovens do vary so you may need to allow up to 21. Make sure you keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.

Found you on IG and had to let you know these were AMAZING! Can’t wait to try some more of your recipes after it took me so long to find a perfect gf AND vegan waffle. Thank you so much for making my pancake day special (a little late I know!) x
Brilliant! Another keeper recipe! Xx
I’m glad you liked it! xx
Just made these for breakfast this morning! So tasty! I used some leftover oat flour I had – what kind of gluten free flour do you use?
Oh I’m glad you like them! I have a banana bread version that I use oat flour in! For gluten free flour I tend to use FREEE by Dove’s Farm or Asda own brand!
Awesome, thank you Natasha!
